Nunca aqui tinha falado na minha música preferida de sempre.
provavelmente uma das músicas mais facilmente identificáveis da história da humanidade. usada e abusada em tudo o que é filmes, anúncios de pasta dos dentes, genéricos de novelas, enfim, "Take a walk on the wild side" é indiscutivelmente um hino Pop-Rock.
Embora fã dos Velvet Undergorund, confesso que nunca me rendi totalmente à carreira a solo de Lou Reed, provavelmente o músico mais bem sucedido a sair dessa instituição do rock underground da Nova Iorque dos anos sessenta. No entanto, esta canção... bate-me com uma força descomunal.
E garanto-vos, faz todo o sentido ouví-la enquanto se passeia pelas ruas de Manhatan.
